    There was a significant drop across Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, and Twitch.tv in the first week of July. Then, search performance increased to slightly higher than it had been originally.

    While Netflix has been trending down over the last three months, Disney + and Twitch.tv have steadily gained traction. And both domains are near an all-time high.

    TikTok gained 26% at the start of July. Looking at June vs Julys performance, theyre up in the mid-thirties, and the momentum continues.

    In particular, the core updates have favored Instagram and TikTok. And this is a result of Googles growing understanding of video and images, and the subsequent weight given to those content types.

    Its a case where Google is better able to understand those content types and reward the higher quality. So, theyre looking at peoples interactions with those sites and feeding it into their algorithm.

    Facebook has consistently been losing market share since June. And, Pinterest started off July doing well but ended up losing 20% of its visibility towards the months end.

    Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, and Redfin all saw growth this month, especially towards the end of the month. Zillow 14.2% while Zillow gained 12.5%.

    Autotrader saw a 13% increase this month. CarGurus, Cars.com and Kelly Blue Book also grew this month.

    Pinterest is the loser of the month as a result of its 20% decrease. Facebook also performed poorly in the social space.

    TikTok is this months winner based on its performance since the end of May up until now. And theyve also been able to get to 1.5 million in search volume.
